Shipping Policy
Freight is quoted case by case. We do not publish fixed carriers or flat international rates — weight, volume, and destination drive the plan.
Incoterms
Orders are commonly discussed under EXW, FOB, or CIF (or other agreed Incoterms®). The Incoterm on the confirmed order defines risk transfer and who books main carriage. Until Incoterm and destination are agreed in writing, catalog prices are goods-value guidance only — not a delivered price.
Lead times
Production and dispatch lead times vary by SKU, configuration (including voltage), and factory load. Typical ranges appear on quotes; project or customized lines may take longer. Schedules after cargo readiness depend on vessel or space availability and are not guaranteed calendar dates unless expressly written.
Export packing
Goods ship with export packing suitable for ocean or the agreed mode (crates, pallets, or reinforced cartons as appropriate). Note special packing requests in your RFQ.
Duties, taxes, and clearance
Unless the agreed Incoterm assigns them to us, the buyer handles import duties, taxes, permits, and local clearance. Provide accurate product and end-use details when requested for customs documentation.
Damage in transit
Note exceptions on delivery documents and photograph damage before extensive handling. Notify us and the carrier according to the Incoterm and insurance arrangement on your order.
