Terms of Service
These terms govern use of cnhoreca.com and B2B inquiries, quotes, and orders for commercial kitchen equipment.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry or order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. B2B nature
CNHORECA supplies commercial (HORECA) kitchen equipment to business buyers. Catalog content is for professional sourcing. Consumer protections that apply only to personal household purchases may not apply to your transaction.
3. Quotes and orders
Catalog listings are invitations to inquire, not binding offers. A contract forms when we issue a written confirmation (proforma invoice or order confirmation) that you accept, or when we accept your written purchase order under agreed terms. Specifications, voltage, Incoterms, lead time, and price on the confirmation control.
4. Pricing and currency
Prices may be quoted in USD, CNY, or another agreed currency. Unless stated, prices exclude freight, insurance, import duties, and taxes. We may correct obvious pricing or specification errors before acceptance.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery, risk, and cost allocation follow the Incoterm on the confirmed order. See our Shipping Policy. Returns follow our Return Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding (including CNHORECA), product photography, and descriptions are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy catalog content for competing marketplaces without written permission. Product designs and third-party marks remain with their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site — including scraping that degrades service, unauthorized account access, malware, or fraudulent inquiries. We may suspend access that threatens security or other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from site use or equipment supply. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are void).
9. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from the site, quotes, or orders are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people’s courts of Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, PRC.
